Industrial plating engineered
for performance.
Three proven plating processes backed by experienced technical support, process control and the capacity to serve demanding industrial applications.
Choose the finish your component demands.
Plate All Metal specializes in Electroless Nickel, Industrial Hard Chrome, Certified Cadmium. Each process provides distinct functional properties for protection, wear, corrosion resistance, lubricity or solderability.
Industrial
Hard Chrome
A heavy, dense chrome deposit used where component wear and service life matter.
Hard chrome is commonly applied to pistons, cylinders, aircraft and engine parts, cutting tools, dies, oil-tool components, valves and printing plates. Flash chrome and thin dense chrome can provide many of hard chrome's performance characteristics with less buildup.
Certified
Cadmium
A silver-white deposit valued for corrosion protection and high lubricity.
Cadmium plating can help minimize galvanic corrosion on assemblies containing dissimilar metals such as brass and steel and is used where specific harsh-environment corrosion properties are required. Plate All Metal provides certification for plating requirements.
Electroless
Nickel
Uniform nickel deposition without an electrical current.
Electroless nickel is deposited chemically by immersion, helping achieve uniform coverage on complex geometries. It can provide strong corrosion and chemical resistance, hardness, wear resistance and lubricity. Our nickel line produces a semi-bright to bright finish with excellent ductility and can be applied to steel, stainless steel, copper alloys and other metals.
Built to support industrial production.
With 27,000 AMP capacity and an in-house anode-fabrication shop, Plate All Metal combines production capability with experienced plating professionals and quality-control procedures designed around customer specifications.
27,000 AMP Capacity
Capacity for demanding industrial plating requirements.
In-House Anodes
Fabrication capability adds flexibility for specialized applications.
Specification Focus
Experienced professionals work to meet defined plating requirements.
Technical Support
Practical support and responsive customer service.
Understand the role of surface finishing and coating.
Surface treatments can change appearance, extend service life, conserve material and add functional properties such as corrosion resistance, conductivity, solderability and wear resistance.
